This guide applies to syndication broadcasts within the United States, and most in Canada. Detailed information about syndication and how to use the cuts guide is available in the Simpsons Syndication FAQ.

Canadian viewers: the "domestic syndication" cuts outlined by our Syndication Cuts Guide should match episodes broadcast by the following: A-Channel (CKAL-5 & CKEM-51), CFMT-47 (Ind), CBC (season 1-8 episodes only), Global affiliates (M-F syndicated episodes on stations except for CIII/CKMI). All other Canadian broadcasters receive episodes uncut from an alternate distributor, to which unique local cuts may be applied. The only broadcasters known to run episodes entirely uncut are CIII/CKMI (Saturday/Sunday 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM runs) and Teletoon (cable-only). If you spot anything that conflicts with this information, however, please let us know.
