WIN AN AUTOGRAPHED SIMPSONS CEL!

Nancy Cartwright's company plans to launch an entertainment website (e.g. short films, cartoons, comics, characters, etc.). Nancy would love to hear your suggestions for an appropriate name for the website. She's looking for something short, punchy and clever. (Nothing crude please.)

You must be 18 years or older and all entries are subject to the attached rules. Please read the attached rules and email us your submissions before midnight, April 30, 2000 (P.S.T.). The Winner will receive an animation cel from "The Simpsons" personally autographed by Nancy Cartwright!

How to Enter:
You may enter the Website Naming Contest by sending us an email at [deleted]. Your entry must include: your name and your suggestion of a name for our new website. (Please also include your phone number if it is okay for us to call you after the contest is over to ask your opinions about website names, content, etc.)

Eligibility:
You may submit as many web name entries as you wish. We are looking for a short, punchy, "dotcom" name for the website, which should not be too long, not be registered as a domain name or be a trademark or brand for any other person or entity or be the name of any other business or company. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the online account.

The contest begins on April 21, 2000. Entries must be received before midnight, April 30, 2000 (P.S.T.). All entries become our exclusive property and will not be acknowledged or returned. We assume no responsibility for lost, illegible, late, misdirected, stolen or incomplete entries. By submitting an entry, you have irrevocably agreed that we may display, use, or transfer the winning entry, in its sole discretion, on any websites and for any purpose throughout the world in perpetuity without further consideration. We may also elect not to use the winning entry (or any entry).

Open to U.S. residents age 18 or older, except the employees of Happy House Productions, Inc. ("Sponsor"), its subsidiaries and affiliates, and members of their immediate families. This contest is void where prohibited by law.

Prize:
One animation cel from The Simpsons autographed by Nancy Cartwright will be awarded on May 2, 2000. Estimated Retail Value of $450.00. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

Selection of Winner:
The winner will be selected by Nancy Cartwright on May 2, 2000. Our decision will be final and binding. If two or more entrants submit the same winning entry, the first submission received will be the winner. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received. Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement within 15 days of notification. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to the use of winner's name for the purpose of advertising, trade, or promotion of the Website without further compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or fails to return the completed and executed affidavit and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE THE ORIGINAL CREATOR OF THE ENTRY AND THEREBY IRREVOCABLY ASSIGN, GRANT, TRANSFER AND OTHERWISE AGREE TO RELEASE TO SPONSOR AND/OR ITS DESIGNEES ANY AND ALL INTELLECTUAL AND OTHER PROPERTY RIGHTS YOU HAVE IN THE ENTRY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS AND TRADEMARK RIGHTS) THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND IN PERPETUITY.
