	A colorful cover with a black and white comic within. There were two contests within this issue; the first asked readers to identify the song identified by the notes above the character Kookamonga on page 26 of Fleener #1 and the second ask readers to draw a recipe in the form of a comic.

Fleener #3  (1997)   The Wisdom of the Canapés     in "Along Come Folk!" The main story begins on the inside front cover and ends on the inside back cover, thereby fitting a 34 page story within a 32 page comic. It also ends with "End of Part One" although this is the last issue. This lack of space also meant no fan mail section and no response printed to the contests in Fleener #2.
